Join L-A it's Happening Queer and our friends at The Vault for a tasting of some of the best wines from LGBTQ+ owned or operated wineries. This free event is for folks 21+ and purchasing a bottle or two is strongly encouraged if you can!

Join L-A It's Happening Queer for a special edition of Lewiston's live storytelling event, The Corner. Our special Pride theme is "There All Along." What happens when something was there all along?

Think of a time when you've felt seen, for better or worse. What was happening? Who recognized you? What does it mean to be visible?

This theme also talks about permanence and strength over time. Tell us about a time when you realized that you weren't alone, that you were part of a bigger story.

As always, take our theme descriptions as a starting point, but don't let them limit you. We invite stories that invert this theme in creative ways and go in unexpected directions.

This event is FREE for anyone to attend and/or speak!

Use Downtown Handmade’s screens to print your own t-shirt or bandana for free! If you can spare a t-shirt or bandana to donate, that would be amazing! They will have bandanas to purchase to print.

You will also be able to carve your own block to print. Please consider making a donation to help cover the costs of this all ages event!

Join us for a special edition of Queers in Gear for Pride! This ride will be a leisurely parade-like ride with your community along the Androscoggin River. The route will be mostly on bike paths and quiet back roads. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and bring water.

Join us for a night of board and card games with your LGBTQ+ community. We will have plenty of games to choose from, but feel free to bring your own! The event is free; food and drink available to purchase.

The Pride March after party is karaoke at Olive Pit Brewing in Lisbon from 6 until closing! Join us and our oh so lovely host Illana Bea Sedated for an evening of singing, dancing and brews at Olive Pit Brewing in Lisbon!

Come out to celebrate Great Falls Pride with a drag show hosted by Chartreuse at The Public Theater after our march and festival on June 2nd!

Chartreuse is the Grand Duchess of Casco Bay and was voted Best Drag Personality of 2023. She’s a dancing diva who will wow you with her performances! Come see her rock the house during our extravagant Great Falls Drag Show. More drag performers TBA soon! Check back soon to see who will be joining us on stage.

This is an all ages show. Doors will open at 3:00pm and the show starts at 3:30.

Pay what you can - please consider donating! Cash and online donations are accepted.

Beer, wine and baked goods will be available! Remember to bring cash tips for the performers! We will have tip runners moving throughout the audience during the show.

Please note we will START in Great Falls Plaza in Auburn! Join us for our first Great Falls Pride March & Festival to celebrate Lewiston-Auburn’s LGBTQ+ community!

Festivities will start at Great Falls Plaza in Auburn (Corner of Turner & Hampshire Streets) at 10:30 am. At 11 am we will march across the the Longley Bridge, and continue down Lincoln Street to Simard Payne Park. Bring signs, rock a great outfit, and cheer! The route map is here.

After some brief remarks, enjoy the Lewiston Farmers’ Market and Great Falls Pride Festival on Oxford Street. Hope to see you there!

Please note! Maine’s weather is unpredictable so please come prepared. The march route is step free and about a mile. The march will be loud and busy, so please do not bring pets.

Learn how to make a flower crown with Queerly Maine and Primal Blossoms - just in time for the Pride March! This workshop will take place in Simard Payne Park before the march. Registration is required and space is limited. Please register here! Additional details provided upon registration.

Strike your best prom post and kick off Pride with Great Falls Pride! We will dance the night away with several different DJs, a photo booth, and a surprise guest! We will have a cash bar and food available for purchase.

All ages welcome 6pm - 8pm! At 8 pm, the event will be 21+ only.

Quiet City Books is hosting Drag Queen Story Hour! Come listen to wonderful stories read by a wonderful queen!

This all ages event is free with donations encouraged. Quiet City has some wonderful books and gifts for purchase. Bring some cash if you can to tip the queen!
